# Rangka.co

> Rangka is project memory for engineering and construction teams. It organises field evidence into a chronological project record for project-manager review.

## Core workflow
- Telegram is the current field-reporting channel. Site teams report through a linked project group; managers review prepared information in Rangka.
- In the current workflow, the site team can continue normal field reporting through a linked Telegram group.
- Rangka groups related submissions and prepares only the activity, location, progress, issue, delay, and source information it can support from that evidence.
- Original messages and available media remain connected to the prepared update.
- An authorised project manager can correct, exclude, reject, request clarification, or approve the prepared information.
- Approved information can contribute to an editable daily-report draft; reports remain drafts until project-manager approval.
- Programme impact is reviewed separately when suitable programme data exists. Rangka never silently changes approved dates.

## Product boundaries
- Rangka cannot know about an event that was never reported.
- Prepared information is not an approved project record.
- Rangka helps organise and retrieve potential claim evidence. It does not determine contractual entitlement or approve a claim on behalf of a project team.
